Caramel Corn

Alright, how many of you out there love caramel corn? 🙂 I love popcorn, any kind of popcorn, and this recipe is my absolute favorite! It is really yummy and a special treat for a rainy early spring day or for watching a movie or just because! Hope you enjoy!

 Caramel Corn

15 cups popped popcorn
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine brown sugar, honey, butter, sea salt and vanilla. Heat in a saucepan until bubbly. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring the whole time. Remove from the heat and add the baking soda. Be careful as the caramel will be very hot, gooey and sticky! Pour over the popcorn and stir well. (This makes a lot so make sure you have someone to share it with! Enjoy!)
